| Yomi hadn't been living in the city long, but it was quickly becoming clear to him that there weren't many places that were safe for people like him...on top of that, the young hybrid had gotten himself lost in the 'bad' part of town.
Wandering down the street, the homeless hybrid looked worried...it was early afternoon, but he knew tonight was a full moon, and even though he was part demon, he was still part werewolf, and that meant the moon still had power over him....
He needed to find somewhere safe...somewhere he could lock himself away...He didn't want to go on a rampage and kill people...Yomi had quite a lot of control over his other side, but the moon always took that control away....
(Have fun with him...remember, not everyone has to be his friend)

| The sound of singing came from a nearby alley as the mix neared it. "Atarashii asa ga kita" The voice was low but on pitch and the figure of a panicking person could be seen as the listened to the voice and demanded to know who was there. "Kibou no asa ga." The song was a popular radio calisthenics song that played on the radio every morning. The figure tried to press itself against a brick wall as the lights flashed from a nearby street light and cast the alley in complete darkness for a brief moment.
"Yorokobi ni mune wo hiroge, aosora aoge." The figure began to cry and it became apart it was a young woman who was scared beyond belief and begging for someone to answer her as to who they were. "Rajio no koe ni, sugoyaka na mune wo." The voice got louder as the end of the song neared and now the woman began to run in the direction of the mix, screaming for help.
"Kono kaoru kaze ni kirakeyo." Her speed picked up and she looked over her shoulder for a brief moment to see if anyone was following her. "Sore: ichi." She smacked into a figure that appeared out of almost nowhere, the truth was that he jumped off the top of a building. She screamed and ran in the opposite direction wailing at the top of her lungs.
"Ni." Once again she smacked into the same figure and began to plead with him as she backed away from him. The man had once again jumped in front of her when she was looking over her shoulder. "Please, I'll do anything." She begged through tear filled eyes.
"San... " Pearly white teeth were revealed and in a flash the man was had sunk his sharp fangs into the woman and was sucking her dry while she screamed for any form of help she could. |

| Yomi was still wandering down the street, the slowly setting sun adding to his worry. His attention was caught by voices down a nearby alley...Curiosity got the best of him as he followed the sounds, hearing distress in one voice.
He stopped at the mouth of the alleyway, seeing a frightened woman running towards him, desperately asking for help. Yomi was about to say something when the dark figure dropped down between them...This startled Yomi so much that he stumbled back several steps.
He watched as the woman ran the other way and the dark figure moved with inhuman speed...eyes going wide when the man latched onto the defenseless woman's neck.
His eyes flashed a bright yellow as the small hybrid charged the dark figure...he was quick for his size, aiming to tackle the vampire. "Leave her alone!" he shouted, a faint growl to his voice...so close to a full moon, he could easily lose all control and go on a rampage....but he was willing to risk it to try and save the woman.... |

| As the werewolf mix stepped closer he could see that the vampire's face was covered in blood, as well as his shirt front. The woman was no longer screaming, a chunk was missing from her neck, and she laid placid in the man's arms. Quickly the brown haired man jumped back with his catch and removed his fangs from the hole in her neck to growl out. "Find your own prey you stupid mutt."
Kirito really had no idea what the mix could do, what he was going to do, and why he was even helping a silly human. His fags returned to her neck anyway as he jumped up in a treet to try and avoid the tackle. |

| Yomi stumbled to a stop when the vampire lept out of his way, bright gold eyes glaring up at him...He didn't care if the woman was human...His mother had taught him to respect all life, including humans...and a vampire wasn't technically alive, so Yomi had no respect for them at all.
He was about to shout at the vampire when the strong scent of fresh blood hit him like a freight train. He stumbled back, hands clasped over his face....the yellow in his eyes quickly turning a bright blood red..."Sh-shit..." He breathed....This close to the moon, the bloodlust of both his parent's species was much stronger, making it nearly impossible to control...
The small man stumbled backwards a few more steps, hands over his ears now...attempting to block out the voices in his head telling him to kill...smoke drifting from his mouth as the 'fire' inside him intensified....the hellhound wanted out and wanted to feed. |

| The vampire's eyes got wide and he literally dropped the woman in shock. The sound of cracks and thumps followed as she fell to the ground, hitting many branches on the way down. Was this guy like Die? No... He didn't smell like him.
The blood from the woman began to pool around her body as many fresh new cuts and gashes began to leek the oxygenated crimson liquid. Kirito's attention immediately went to the body and he quickly regretted dropping her, that was his meal... now he would have to catch another mouse.
"Um...How about a truce?" He suggested to the now fire mouthed other. "You can have this one and I will get another?" Kirito knew his limits, and there was only so much he could do against fire and an enemy he had no idea the power of. |

| Red eyes followed the woman's body as it fell, watching it twist and turn as it hit every branch and twig on the way down...Never leaving it once it hit the ground with a sickening crack. Staying focused on the blood as it began to pool around it.
His hand snapped back over his mouth and nose, trying to block out the thick scent of blood. It didn't help that a soft breeze was blowing it right at him. He didn't want to eat human flesh. He didn't want the beast within him to see humans as a food source!
He stumbled back several more steps, back into the street, right into the path of a semi truck. He turned to see the bright headlights heading at him, horn blaring loudly...He was caught like a deer in the headlights, staring wide eyed at the metal behemoth.
(do you save the young and impressionable hybrid, or do you let him die or get severely injured by the truck? :3) |

| Kirito smiled wide as the lights of the truck began to shine and the mix-breed was glued to the floor. “Perfect.” He mumbled to himself, perhaps he would be able to eat some of his catch anyway. Pesky mix-breed deserved what he had coming in his opinion, you shouldn’t interfere with someone’s hunt. He jumped down from the branch he had been on and began to gather up his kill and evaluate if there was anything left he could salvage. |

| Red hair bounced slightly as the overly pierced angel walked down the street. Hitsugi had gone out for a night stroll for some of his favorite human food when the scent of blood began to crudely fill the air, perhaps a demon was out hunting? He decided to take a look and make sure there was no human hurt, perhaps it was another demon, or vampire bleeding.
His heavy booted steps picked up as the smell grew stronger and stronger, it was definitely human! He pace grew to a run as he watched what appeared to be a vampire and demon fighting in the distance, he had to check on the victim. That’s when the light of a vehicle hit his pupils, the demon was standing in the middle of the road and was going to be hit, and what if he got seriously injured? What if he injured the driver? First order of business was definitely to stop the demon from being hit.
Hitsugi broke out into his top speed and raced against the truck, with almost no time to spare he jumped in front of the honking vehicle and threw his weight against the demon to push him out of the way, unfortunately his ankle did not make it clear of the trucks path as it zoomed by.

| Yomi stared at the truck bearing down on him, wide blood-red eyes glowing. Everything was in slow motion. He didn't even see or care about the vampire or his kill, but the thick scent of blood had his brain so clogged with conflicting thoughts...the combined bloodlust of his werewolf and demon heritage fighting the will of his human side...he couldn't move...
But he was snapped out of it when something plowed into him and shoved him back onto the sidewalk. He landed on his side and looked up in time to see the truck go by, horn blaring...His eyes shifted then to what hit him....smoke rising from his open mouth...Yomi's control was quickly slipping away...and in the urban environment, if he lost control, many more people would die. |

| Kirito's eyes trailed to the sight of the two other beings now, there were way too many other creatures here to make him still feel safe. Slowly he began to move the woman's body out of site and behind the tree, perhaps drinking could be more secretive until he finished.
He would let the other two fight it out, then strike when he was at his most powerful. |

| The sound of a small whimper was heard as the angel sat up slowly from his spot on the ground. "Please stop." He put a hand on his now shattered ankle. His eyes darted around, trying to find the human he had smelled earlier. "Please don't hurt anyone anymore."Slowly he tried to rise from his sitting position, but failed not once but twice.
"If there is anything I could do to help with the lust, please let me know." The angel tried a third time to get up, this time succeeding, but this time he balanced on one leg. "I understand you have your needs, but please leave the innocent out of it." |

| Yomi pulled his shift over his nose and wrapped his arms around his head. "I c-cant stop it!" he shouted, finger and toenails becoming thick claws. The full noon was rising and exerting its pull on him. He hesitantly moved his arm and looked up at the one who saved him, fear mixed into the gaze of those red eyes.
"I don't want to hurt anyone....b-but the blood." he said, closing his eyes tight and gritting his teeth. He was resisting the transformation, which was hard for even the most experienced pure werewolf...Yomi was a mutt and still very young by immortal stansards... |

| Hitsugi hopped over to the werewolf and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. He closed his eyes and tried his hardest to relax and release his calmness throughout the air. He was praying to God that this would help the werewolf some and that he could help save innocent lives.
His eyes opened and he tried to stare into the others very soul to try and help clam the beast within. He had never met a werewolf before, so this was all new to him. Hopefully he wouldn't die in the process of this. |

| Yomi looked up at Hitsugi, holding his shirt over his face still. He felt oddly relaxed around the pierced man, just staring up at him...He took his hands away from his face and took a few deep breaths. "I need to get away....from that smell." He said, hand over his nose.
The blood that stained the ground nearby still smelled so strong...the demon wolf within him wanted nothing more than to taste it....
His eyes darted to Hitsugi's injured leg as he got up, not saying anything as he moved an arm over his shoulder and helped him walk. If Hitsugi hadn't been injured, Yomi would've just ran off to get away, but he couldn't just leave him there after he saved his life.
He stumbled as he walked, the skin around his eyes darkening and the temperature of his body rising. He was still resisting the urge to transform. He needed to get into somewhere secure...somewhere away from the blood where he could be calm in his wolf form. |
